Meet Lina.

Our founder and primary consultant, Lina Kalvytė, was born in USSR-occupied Eastern Europe. As a young woman, she immigrated to the United States, where her drive and natural business acumen enabled her to overcome the poverty of her youth and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging corporate world. 

Her first company was a start-up pharmaceutical fulfillment center which grew from $0 to $10M in annualized revenue within the first years of its development. It was named one of Pure Michigan’s “50 Companies to Watch” and awarded the “Best Small Business” award from the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center. Ms. Kalvytė’s subsequent projects have included everything from real estate management to nonprofit organizations. She has been the recipient of numerous awards in entrepreneurship, including Entrepreneur of Distinction from Everything Business Corp in 2012. 

Her true passion was achieved when she began to act as a mentor and consultant for fellow entrepreneurs. She is a key player in one of the country’s leading franchise brokerage firms, where she became a Registered Franchise Consultant and established powerful connections with a wide network of business contacts. Today, she is a member of the International Franchise Association and founder of FireSky Franchising, LLC. Her love for people enables her to mentor in a personalized and focused way, leveraging her experience in overcoming adversity in order to benefit you. 

Outside the office, Ms. Kalvytė has proudly raised a beautiful daughter, and serves as a founding board member of the Women’s Collective, a nonprofit organization that inspires and activates women in leadership roles.
